friendly staff clean room perfect location
the staff was so friendly, always ensuring i had what i needed. my room was wonderful, clean and it was comfortable. the hotel is beautiful, it is tastefully decorated and the location is perfect.
the elevator operated slowly.

Really good Hospitality and Convenient Location
accommodating staff early check-in convenient location simplified travel
I found the hotel staff accommodating. They swiftly addressed every request! I especially appreciated the early check-in at 10:00 after a long journey. The hotel's proximity to Paddington Station simplified travel to and from Heathrow Airport, a significant advantage. I look forward to returning soon.
The hotel lacked closet space for clothing, which proved inconvenient .

worn furniture stained carpet
the location was good near paddington station i liked that.
i encountered some issues with cleanliness there were stains on the carpet and the furniture was worn the bathroom also needed some attention it was not a pleasant surprise.

The location is near Hyde Park. Paddington Station is a short walk. The building is beautiful on a tree lined street.
The key did not work consistently. Staff said the key would work, but it did not. I had to return to reception to get a staff member for access.
